this new 17 oz denim really is awesome, and one of the best i came across in the last years! will write a detailed review later, with pictures, etc. they deserve it!

Please post updates. I've been eyeing this new denim too. Especially SE's 633N.

I have the 634Ns, just back from a pocket repair and worn for about 30-40 days. Great denim but tough to stretch out I found. Will get pictures up of the small wear they're showing when I can.

Hoping I'm posting in the right place....

 

I'm getting rid of my Iron Heart 25oz Mega Beatle Buster jeans. IHxBxHCx25oz

 

Waist 30 leg 36. Produced for the 2013-2015 HWC, limited to 119 pairs world wide & now extinct.

 

Worn about a dozen times. though one of those times was skating, so theres a few indigo scuffs on legs.

 

Looking for £200 ono

Totally spontaneous purchase my girl talked me into. I'm super exhausted from looking for wedding venues and so the pictures came out pretty bad - the fit is better in reality and I guess will improve when the denim breaks in and the sleeves don't appear as wide (they're still holding the folded shape). Will post an update soon. It's a 42 btw.



















 

(Decided against a Type III as I have one in cotton duck. The 18 oz denim is my favorite IH denim and I like a heavier weight on my jackets)

I love the damn thing but the pocket situation or lack of gets annoying 

 

@max looks great even in its current state. Is that selvedge line along the waist of the jacket?

I agree about the pockets, I wear a hoodie with my type II specifically to have pockets with it.

Yes, the waistband is fully selvage lined. I have two Type IIIs with pockets and my Type I lacks them. I agree it would be nice to have  them, but also think that it gives a better look if the jackets are plain. I think it's nice to have both styles.

First pair of Iron Heart's!...301N from SESF.

 

Think I've finally found the right fit, room enough in the thigh, a narrower leg opening, and a mid rise that is just about right (always have trouble with the low rises).

 

As these are already a one wash, no soaking required, just put em on, and I'm on my way. I think I'm gonna like these.

My 1955S after three months of wear. It's a real shame that IH aren't releasing any more versions of this cut as I'd love to have some in a lighter weight/different fabric. Great big thigh jeans.

The blue has a nice vintage 70s look IMO. If you like the fabric, don't hesitate - they'll be hard to find soon.
