I agree (sorts) - I wouldnt' say it's THE best thing, but it certainly is nice (just pullin' yer leg) 

 

This is a pet peeve of mine with snap shirts. I usually prefer snap shirts to have a button at the top just so it doesn't snag my chin feathers. I've never had a single snag w/ my IH snap shirts.

I feel you guys' pain on the FH snaps - I love all my FH western shirts but having it catch on my beard is pretty annoying.  Wish I knew a good workaround for that.

quick update on my 634s in no particular order....

 

16-17 months of actual everyday wear, lost count on washes, some soaks.

 

this time in a better setup and lighting!

 

 

 

 

I don't usually quote with all the pics attached but God dang I love this pair of Iron Hearts by Blue Nemo!

 

Worn in so perfectly and the patching done proper so as to add only more character to the jeans.

 

Nice and clean with plenty of white popping! Perfecto!

I don't think you can. You can maybe protect it a little bit if you use some leathercare like obenaufs but the denim will still bleed on the leather. I have the same problem but have given up on keeping the leather clean haha

Got the new Vater & Sohn x IH Cotton Duck Type I. Wasn't into Type I s at all before, but as they come with a decent length and are not boxy, I love it. The heavy Cotton Duck with it's shine (and smell) is just great. Not to mention the patch. I'm glad to have one of these and it was great to actually be able to try them on (they're raw and now soaking). Thanks to the whole crew again.

Thank you! It is stiff as hell after the soak (I mean, really), but the fit improved. I can only highly recommend it.
