i have a pair of 2yr old 634s and they are my favorite due to the generous top block and relative stretchiness of the denim -- i'm now looking for something similar in fit/comfort in a lighter-weight denim.....any suggestions?

or you might even want to take a look at the IH-634SV?...the denim on these is a 18oz raw denim made in the famous 634s cut!

wish i didn't have to do this. if you want a pair of iron hearts for cheap ($150 plus shipping) pm me. minimal wear size 31 634s which were a little too big for me.

As a side note.....

IHUK does have other sizes of these Now 'Endangered' (wont be made again) 21oz Overdyed Beatle-Busters (except 33, 34, 38 & 40) - GRAB THEM WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

Definitely not. The waist is roomy (to the point that, despite the high rise, I feel like pulling up my pants), thighs do not restrict movement in any way during work, Also: points of stress... If you mean the whiskers, I squat a LOT at work... If you mean the fly: yeah you know where I'm going with this...

Well they're perfect innit... You can throw basically anything at them, you're always warm, and they don't restrict your movement... I'll just add that it did take quite a lot of time for me to be completely won over by them... I feel like they've just settled, actually... So that's after a year, where I wore 'm for 7 months, 4-5 days/ week... But I honestly haven't thought about other jeans apart from the Vulcans, so that's proof of them being brilliant and satisfactory, right?..

I got my pair of 1955A in a couple days ago...they're awesome. Such a high rise, though. Kind of bummed I didn't get an extra pair but that would have been way too expensive for a college student. They'll probably have to wait two years since the HWDC 13/15 is coming up in March, though, ha.

Im happy i can get some wear out of the 18 ounce here in Sydney at this time of year !
