Beatle has mentioned to me before that the BBs will be a bit slimmer in the leg than the SExIH07.

Actually, there aren't many pics of the BBs; Giles has locked down almost everything but a few detail shots until they're released.

Has anyone experience with the 634 overdyed in terms of stretching? How much further stretch should I account when going TTS?

^ size down one and you shouldnt have any problems.

There will be no shrinking at all because of the dying process. Expect 1-1.5" of stretch if need be.

the only shrinking that will occur is after you wash them, aside from that, they are pretty much set size wise.
