post pics of the view from your bedroom window (important)

Recommended Posts

You can get a nice 1 bedroom apartment /w utilities included.

With gym, pool, and etc. for $1,300.

Location: Torrance, CA... Borderline right by Redondo Beach.

I plan to pick up a spot there soon... About 20-30 mins from the city of LA.

You know where else is cheap? Nebraska.

^ In order to do this, you have to put your ixus on manual mode, and get a tripod/stable support.

For example, to stay on the topic, here's what it gives with a 3,2 second exposure with an aperture value of 6, at iso 1600 on a canon eos xti.

If you set an exposure time of 30 second with a lower aperture, it will look funky and will be overexposed. You'll soon understand how to get a good aperture/exposure couple to make your picture look good.

This is my view outside of my dorms. Sunrise in the morning. Only at UC Riverside can you get palm trees, snow capped mountains, and the smog of LA all in one picture,

I feel like a baller.

Although I ain't.

For $1650, you can't even get a mediocre 1 bedroom in a shitty neighborhood in LA, NY, or SF.

That's why I mentioned I'm living hella cheap for here. None of my friends believe what I pay.

Standard for a decent one beddy downtown is basically 2k

I mean, there's lots of sub 500sqft's going for 1500$ and whatnot, but that's bullshit, people can't live like that.
