old levis factory for sale

i was told theres an old levis factory for sale in halifax or somewhere in nova scotia. how sick would that be to buy n just go in and look around. its been closed for many years now. imagine finding bolts of denim n the old loom machines. you guys think itd be a good buy? lets go in on it. haha i hear its dirt cheap

The denim for Levi's is mostly made by Cone in North Carolina. Levi's factories only sewed the denim together into jeans, they didn't make the denim itself.

Speaking of Cone Mills, I had the chance recently to visit their office here in NYC. They were kind enough to bring out samples of their raw denim dating back to the 1930s. Really interesting to see the variety of weights of denim and different color selvage lines that were used for the different workware manufacterers .
