These are from the current spring/summer season, and fit (surprisingly) much different than previous seasons' oxfords. The sleeves are a normal length now. I have a size BB0 shirt, and I would say it fits like a normal OTR 15/32.5 shirt (as opposed to the shorter sleeve 15/31 shirt size on the webstore). Beware though, these are not an entirely slim/skinny fit. I would say that these are somewhere in-between the Brooks' Slim fit and Extra-Slim fit. Subsequent wash/hot dry will shrink it a little to a comfortable fit if you are somewhere in "true size small range"

I think converse japan is its own company not owned by nike, or they licensed the name from nike hence the focus on quality.
