trying to buy something on grailed. dude is basically trowing a fit cause I am asking for measurement on a pair of pants....

Grailed in general. I sold an item yesterday around lunchtime - the seller instantly messaged me and asked when I could ship, to which I responded "tomorrow" and that I would use "USPS Priority". Fast forward to today at noon, I check my email and there is a paypal dispute and like 7 messages from the buyer saying I am a fraud and I didn't ship item and he wants his money back. Paypal instantly deducts the funds from my account.

Ended up shipping after I told him I still planned on shipping it today (a day after it was purchased) and buyer still didn't remove paypal claim. He was mad at me for calling him "insane" for filing a claim in less than 24h.

What is wrong with people?

I recall seeing a listing for a pair of CP chelsea boots once and dude put a pic of kanye except the chelseas in the pic were from BV...

 

Also, the ppl who just throw up a stock pic and say something like 7/10 condition and when you ask for actual pics "I'm at school right now, item is at home"

when seller ships with signature confirmation, making USPS leave a notice instead of just at the door. I know it's more secure and everything but I live in a good neighborhood so picking it up from the post office is annoying af

Grailed used to be great service. Many good deals and people probably mature enough to sell them. Now all I hear are refunds, claims etc even from my friends...
