the following are the actions he did:<br />

1) sent me an email out of the blue stating that he would sell me louis vuitton  jasper shoes (at this time he had no superfuture account)<br />

2) the photos he sent me were photos which were uploaded all over ioffer (which is renowned website for selling fake goods)<br />

3) tells me i have to decide within 24 hours because he has to leave the country and travel over to asia<br />

4) tells me when he arrives in asia he wont have any time to browse the internet (however, he seems to email me quite quickly whenever i send him an email?)<br />

5) i asked him to take photos of the BOX LABEL and SHOE TONGUE - as this is one method to check whether its fake or not (authentic code written on tongue)<br />

6) i said ill pay him extra money IF he takes photos of the shoe with name tags on them...however, i wanted photos of the box label and tongue again (which he does not do)<br />

7) he returns back with an email shouting and swearing at me saying hes not going to take extra photos and says im wasting his time... (tell me buyers - have you had any sellers who started yelling and going crazy at you for asking them to take extra photos of the particular item you wanted because you think its fake?...if anything a seller should feel obligated to take extra close up photos to ensure the satisfaction of the customer - therefore the customer feeling at ease when  purchasing the item)<br />

8) tells me a guy made a much higher offer then the one i put in.. yet he says he will sell it to me?? (WHAT THE HELL??!?!?!)<br />

9)) this guy finally makes a superfuture account and tries to sell the item... and uploads the exact same photos he sent me <strong><span style="font-size: 18px;">EXCEPT ONE OF THE PHOTOS HAVE BEEN EDITED WITH AUTHENTIC CODES</span></strong><br />

He also promised me a receipt of the shipment, "Let me know if you've sent your payment. And confirm your address with me. Will upload a pic of the receipt once payment is withdrawn from paypal and item is sent." This never happened because "i could not get a receipt for yours alone. i did ship other stuff together so it's a combined receipt."

Just hope he's legit, and that I'll get the shoes before the 45 days limit.

He's not legit. He never sent the items I paid for.

I would advice you to start a dispute immediately. This guys is just unbearable too. When I offered him 400 SGD for the jeans he had, I paid him, and there was an outstanding of 0.40 SGD, then I still remember him saying "I will only ship it until I receive the full amount", then ended up never sending anything lol.

He also said that it was combined receipt with no tracking number since it's a normal airmail, but funnily how when I bought a pair of Balmain jeans last week from Singapore, a simple air mail was with tracking and registered mail. He was playing on a mind game assuring that there is 'insurance' and will refund you the money if it gets lost, that is just bull crap, I'm sure he'll refund me jack.

sup sufu, i recently sold an a.p.c. tee and s2a buttondown to user hellome (based in singapore). due to a gross oversight on my part, i somehow failed to notice some yellowing around the collar of the s2a shirt before shipment, and so hellome has requested a refund. i offered him a full refund for the item based on the following terms and would appreciate any opinions on the matter, as i'm definitely not trying to rip anyone off here.

hellome wants $55--$40 for the s2a shirt and $15 to cover shipping. seeing as i listed the items at two different values in my thread, it doesn't make sense to simply "split" the cost evenly. he simply didn't pay $40 for the shirt, so i don't see why i should refund him for more than he actually paid.

of hellome's $80 total payment, $16 went toward international shipping, leaving a total combined cost of $64 for the s2a shirt and a.p.c. tee. as $64 is 20% less than my original total asking price of $80 (as listed in my thread, subtracting $5 from each listed price to account for shipping within the us), we can use this figure to deduce the exact actual value of each item.

using the previously mentioned 20% as a guideline, the items are priced as follows:

$45 = my listed price of a.p.c. tee

minus 20%:

$36 = hellome's total cost for a.p.c. tee

$35 = my listed price of s2a shirt

minus 20%:

$28 = hellome's total cost for s2a shirt (stained and all)

here's how it looks in the most simple terms:

$36 (a.p.c. tee)

+

$28 (s2a shirt)

=

$64 (hellome's total cost for garments)

+

$16 (shipping to singapore)

=

$80 (hellome's total payment)

so, that being said, would it be unreasonable to suggest a refund of $44 ($28 for the shirt, plus $16 for shipping)? he seems to be completely ignoring my reasoning, suggesting instead that each item was equally priced at $40 ($32, plus an inclusive shipping fee of $8). i fail to see how this computes, as i paid $16 to ship the items together and it would have cost me $16 regardless of whether it was one item or two. any insight on the matter would be appreciated.

Bought and received a Zam Barret bag from user cddh. He stated the bag was in as new and unused condition (with only small scuffs at the base of the bag) and had stock pictures of the bag in black. He made no mention of the actual colour of the item, I'll give him that, but you'd assume it was black from the pictures he used.

Anyhow what I received was a used green leather bag. The leather has scuff marks, grazes and even tears iso as new and unused is utter BS along with the fact its fucking green, not black. I would never have paid what I did for the bag or even bought it to begin with.

Hes not replying to pm's, I do intend to keep the bag, but I'm pissed I paid that much for it and about being very mislead in regard to the condition and obviously the colour.

JCMStyles - bought a pair of rayban aviators from him on the 7th of May. he invoiced me and i paid immediately, and then i requested he send me tracking details etc when shipped. pm'ed him again yesterday and he still has not replied. His last login was yesterday at 8.37pm. anyone deal with this guy before? advice as to whether it is appropriate to open a paypal dispute yet or should i give him more time?

eew thats gross. if i were you i would send them back, then claim from paypal. not sure if you can get return shipping but seller should refund all your money.
