I don't believe this is the same person, I came across this auction as well and that was my first thought. Pants are also listed as a different size.

Thanks for the heads up though.

Following up what Cutup said above...sent payment for an item and haven't had communication since. Tried sending a number of emails/pm's asking for an update but had no replies.

Just an update

I have just been informed by paypal that they not only sided with me, but they froze his account fast enough to get me all of my money back.

This is the first time I have ever got my money back directly from them without having to do a chargeback through visa for a scammer. I probably just got his ass in time before he could transfer funds out

I wish you the best of luck mega, I was lucky this time. Next time hwne i get a funny feeling from a newbie selling expensive gear I am not biting

lol, fuck you scammers

PP puts a hold on your funds for no less than 21 days, unless the buy gives pos. feedback. That means if you have trouble with a person, you file a dispute at the 20 day mark instead of the old 45 day.

Not directly related to supermarket, but advice for any UK sellers.

NEVER SEND ANYTHING OUT THAT IS NOT SPECIAL DELIVERY. Royal mail is just atrocious otherwise. I lost alot of money via ebay. Basically half the time for a lesser service (2nd class/1st class signed for) the recipient will not always be asked to sign for the item. So your item will never be classed as delivered, meaning the buyer can keep your item AND file a dispute.

^ very true, funnily enough i've accidentally done just that. bought something, guy sent out like 2nd class or something and it's not shown up yet after 2 weeks so i've asked for my money back. looking at his feedback.. some of his items have taken up to 3 - 4 weeks to arrive. maybe i'll luck out and it will arrive without me paying haha

  • 2 weeks later...

Seller dh3214 sold some april 77 sabbath joey overdive jeans as a size 28 but they were actually a size 28. he has repeatedly told me that I should skate in the jeans and "do hard work" in them to make them stretch out, but after 25+ hours of wear it is clear i need a size 28. now he has made it impossible for me to contact him via PM.

user: konboss

bought Gareth Pugh hoodcoat from him. listed as excellent mint condition but has 4 shredded up torn holes in the lining right through it.

1 hole center neck area (~1cm)

2 holes left and right neck area (~4cm)

1 hole right armpit (~3cm)

coat is still wearable and shit, but still. that is the kind of damage one should definitely mention. this is his response to me confronting him about it

First of all, I bought the coat from selective beef here, and bought it exactly as it was. Ever since I got the coat, it had been hanging in my closet. I only tried it at home, figured it's not my kind of style, so decide to sell it.

Selective beef also stated as mint condition, and never mentioned about the holes.

When I got the coat, it looked pretty damn nice and I had no claim on him.

Now, I don't know what your problem is exactly.

I'm sorry I didn't spot on them carefully, but I'm sure it's not a big deal as you think.

If you're bringing this in the blacklist thread, maybe then I should blame selective beef as well.

feel free to neg him for being a punk trying to shift blame reputation.gif

levi's 501 47s: His*inital*offer*was*lowball, IMO, as it stipulated overnight shipping.*He offered a slight variation. I refused, told him I the best price I coud do was $120, plus the shipping of his choice, and I listed the prices. He paypaled the payment, plus money for FedEx overnight, asking that I refund the money if I could not assure him they would be delivered next day. I have the option to ship personal items through my work shipping dept. so I asked them if something went out FedEx Standard overnight, would it be there the next day. They said yes, but that they'd upgarade it to Priority Overnight free for me. It was apparently almost the same price, and they're cool.

*

Item is sent Priority. Item arrives. Apparently FedEx did not leave it, and left a note. The following day the buyer emails to tell me since he did not get the jeans on the day he specified, he was refusing the package, and asking me to refund his money. I told him he was being unreasonable and that as far as I was concerned, I did what he asked, including upgrading shipping to ensure they were the delivered in the AM, and that it was beyond my control that FedEx was unable to deliver them. He said, essentially, that perhaps it was not my fault, but nevertheless he stipulated at his time of purchase *that next day delivery was part of the agreeement and since he didn't get them in time for "Friday night" (date, event, something), he was requesting a refund. (I'll quote the PM's but I'm on my phone and it's just another step to deal with)

*

I find this absurd. I've no desire to jerk anyone around, but I feel like his request for a refund amounts to him saying he bought an option on the jeans, and now he's giving that option up. I certainly did not agee to this format of a deal. I want to be a good seller, but the jeans are bought and paid for as asked. I think this is bullshit.

Thoughts? What would you do?

mr.aa

not necessary a scammer, but definitely a time waster.

pm'd me numerous times and claimed he will make the payment soon. Been nearly 3 weeks, still no payment.

He asked me to ship the jacket out to 2 - 3 different non-paypal addresses because he claimed his paypal got "blocked" dodgy as a fuck

time waster, if he pms you, fuck him, dont waste you time on him.

Long overdue, but finally found the time to report this moron.

I bought a pair of derbies off johnsinclair where he stated in his thread ( http://www.superfuture.com/supertalk/showthread.php?t=220358 ) that they're "brand new". The condition that I received them in are shown in the pictures below:

http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p68/707_/IMG_4695.jpg

http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p68/707_/IMG_4697.jpg

http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p68/707_/IMG_4700.jpg

http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p68/707_/IMG_4701.jpg

http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p68/707_/IMG_4706.jpg

Couple messages he sent me via PM:

"The shoes touched concrete one time for less than five minutes while I had them in my possession."

"The heel was never worn down. As a matter of fact, Ann heels come brand new pebbled and distressed. The creasing in the toe box is ALSO part of the antiquing that she does (look at the picture). As far as any grit in the sole -- have them re-soled if you're so concerned. .... There is NO actual wear to the shoes themselves and you should be thankful there is even a heel protector and sole put on there, which you can take off if you're concerned about wear."

I filed a claim through PayPal, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a full refund, let alone a partial. BUT this was before PayPal changed the rules and didn't offer the protection for items not being as described.

Anyway, he no longer uses the account johnsinclair due to all the neg rep he has. He claims in his new account, gag shack, in one of his sales thread that he's "New to Superfuture".

Please click here to do me a favor, and everyone else on this board, and neg rep him so he doesn't scam anyone else.

PS. He also posts under the name braindrain on SF.

Thank you!

edit: I accidentally plus repped him. :(

This tool tried to scam me and konboss of the same items. But its pretty stupid of how he accepted payment from both of us, and went on to bump his sales listing.

http://www.superfuture.com/supertalk/showthread.php?p=2469875#post2469875

He went on by telling each of us the same bullshit story, how he has refunded the other party and will ship our belts out. However a few days, he stopped replying. Since then i have filed a claim, and paypal has refunded me, cos this asshole has no balls to reply me even via paypal.

Its amazing how dumb he is. He tries to scam people on sufu, and the same time puts up his no. (4043847839), and promotes his gay ass blog http://thebusyslacker.tumblr.com

If your gonna scam someone and ignore them, at least act as if your not around or something, he updates his blog casually as if nothing has happened.

Blacklist and ban this tool, he puts up in Atlanta if I am not wrong, so if anyone sees him on the street, just spit on this piece of shit.

I purchased a Dior Homme Leather Jacket off user iseesea for $2400.

He's been selling few Dior Homme and other jackets here.

Provided me pics of the real piece with tags through email, but sent me an awful Dior Homme copy piece.

I've contacted Paypal and will hire an attorney to solve the case without complication.

iseesea's info.

obviously his fault as he was not there to receive them when Fedex attempted delivery. thats like blaming someone for not calling when your phone is off.

sounds like he wasn't happy with the item for whatever reason, and wants an easy way out.

^^ many thanks! After thinking about it more, I only felt more convinced. Upon receiving the box back (unopened) I simply repackaged them and sent them back to him via USPS, and sent an email w/ some of my thoughts above. I made sure not to be a dick about it, but was clear about the situation. He did not reply, but the package was delivered. So, as far as I'm concerned it's resolved in the best way I could have hoped for.
