I'm so glad Paypal was able to review this case so fast and properly.
Good to know their seller protection is not so bad after all.

Quick poll question......

Agreed to a purchase, made the payment, now a week later seller says that "he had a replacement for what he was selling but now doesn't" so he said he has to cancel our deal.

Am I crazy, or is it not my problem that he counted his chickens before they hatched?

anyone dealt with frodofelix before?

he's got great feedbacks on ebay, and has been selling on here. paid him 280usd for something back in feb, asked him to hold on to it for me as i was moving, then got in contact with him in april. he said he was overseas, so not able to post it out, will only be back on 6th may. did not reply until few days ago, and said he had sent the item long time ago, and went missing again.

i tried filing a dispute on paypal, but to no avail. i guess i will have to call up my bank. or anyone able to help me out, i would appreciate your kindness.

here's his details

paypal address: [email protected]

[email protected], [email protected]

Purchased a pair of rick owens geobaskets from him a month ago, item was never shipped

Long story short, when i confronted him about it, he told me that the paypal address which payment was made to was his friends' account, and not his personal account. He asked me to resend the funds to his new account, and the previous payment would be refunded afterwards. no way in hell was I going to do that, so I started the paypal dispute (luckily I had paid as a regular payment), and the payment has been refunded in whole

I thought I would give him a second chance, so I contacted him again asking about purchasing the shoes again, and he has not contacted me since. Scammer alert. Pretty much I was lucky that I didnt send the funds through as gift, but I am back to square one, and during all the hoops that I had to jump through missed out on several other opportunities to purchase other grails due to the lack of funds

that I chanced upon when I googled for his email (now not in use): [email protected]

paid him 130usd, said he would send item; no tracking and no reply for a week and so i disputed it. He convinced me to remove the dispute saying he has no money to ship it out and will be able to ship using the paypal funds once the dispute is removed. No tracking till now and no reply, and his email got deleted or something because I get a msg send failure when I tried emailing him twice so I can't even contact him.

since i removed the dispute the first time I dispute it, i'm unable to dispute it again. he basically disappeared again after I removed the paypal dispute; I can't complain because its my fault for trusting him when he said will not let me down etc but just a warning to buyers out there. really hate having to do this to the seller but I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else out there.

I bought a Dior Homme sweatshirt & a hoodie from this user, he specified the sweatshirt and hoodie both had 2 tiny holes in his description.

Received the package on 6-12-2013

Opened the package to find both the sweatshirt & hoodie heavily stained in several areas, which he failed to mention to me prior to the sale.

I have opened a paypal dispute on 6-12-2013

He has failed to reply to my PM's regarding this matter

He also has failed to do his behalf with the paypal claim

Goes by the name of David or Mike

Do not deal with this untrustworthy person!

I have an awful and unpleasant transaction with Zealouz, here is his current sale thread. Long story short, he has sent me all-over torn clothes with unwashable stains without notifying me about that condition.

This transaction was made at sz, not sufu but he posts here as well under different name, so I guess I have to warn everyone here. His sz name is Lane.

Here is the screenshot of his sale threads when I've bought his stuff:
http://i.imgur.com/CKNPUkY.jpg
First was "Julius asymmetric cut white shirt size 1 (non waxed version 09) as seen on screenshot. Check the pic of the item there. What I've received is a crumpled dirty piece of cloth with holes all over the hems and chest. Check these photos: http://i.imgur.com/VeYCny3.jpg and this is in front of the chest http://i.imgur.com/9zKnS9Y.jpg. No one can wear this unless you want specifically torn clothing (and if you try to wear it these holes will be bigger day by day). That t-shirt is ruined, of course I wasn't informed about this. His pic doesn't have any holes as well. When I've asked him why he hasn't told me about this he answered: "I do my best to get things appropriately advertised", so in order to advertise his sale he hasn't told me about its condition and "the price reflects the condition of the items" (this is related to the second piece of clothing as well). I've bought a lot of longsleeves brand new here for this price, hell, I've bought bnwt annd tees for 90 dollars at online stores and for $120 I've got a piece of fabric with holes all over it. Of course I haven't even tried to worn it, these money are wasted.

Second was the Viridi-Anne cotton jacket from this thread:
http://i.minus.com/iExcoHy7BqHAl.png (warning, this image is a large one). Check the pic, do you see the the paper-clip instead of fastener? That was fine with me to justify the price and I was ready for it. What I wasn't ready for are these stains (my phone sucks and I can't make a better photo). http://i.imgur.com/aGq1Ux2.jpg and http://i.imgur.com/Fup4rUd.jpg: both sleeves are stained with something white (I really hope that's not cum but it looks like though) which you cannot wash no matter what. The jacket is literally torn as well, check it: http://i.imgur.com/1Ft25or.jpg, http://i.imgur.com/xuDr6P5.jpg and http://i.imgur.com/QZgp4n1.jpg and once again he hasn't told me anything about it. Can someone wear it? Not me. Money wasted again.

On top of that he's a liar. During our conversation when I've told him about these stains he answered "I washed both items before sending them" after that when the conversation progressed further he told that "I didn't wash the jacket before sending" and so on. Dropped some insults on me during our conversation as well.

So, here is a warning to everyone: be warned that seller can conceal any details about his clothing to "advertise" his sale.
Be warned he justifies that by telling himself he's selling cheap, so anything below retail price should be wasted as well: one can only think in which condition are his rick t-shirts for $130 since $120 tee was full of holes.
Be warned he is a liar (see above) so nothing he says could be trusted.

That's it, be clever and don't repeat my mistakes. I can provide any screenshots of our private conversations with him, I just not sure it's permitted by forum rules, that's why I haven't posted it here.

newp, bought my viridi anne jacket which i no longer have pictures for unfortunately, and it had a broken zipper, and was old, but wasn't as bad as he makes it out to be, plus it was priced at $180 for a jacket I thought it was fair considering it retailed for around $800. Plus, I didn't notice all the other damage on the jacket which does warrant a return, thats true, but he also decided to make this dispute a month after I apologized to him and I thought we made peace.

However, he's trying to tarnish my reputation on my sale thread when paypal solved the dispute, I can take screenshots, he wanted all his money back for an item he bought willingly knowing the damage it had. I explained to paypal that I will allow a refund if I get the jacket back, and knowing that he didn't get all his money and my jacket he got enraged so he is now trying to defame me in public.

The fact is, he is posting this because he is mad he has to return the item to me and not get a free item, imo, because he could have just accepted the refund and sent the item back, but he still hasn't, and has until the 30th to do so, and hes wasting my time.

Also, I think I've been selling things here and on SZ long enough that I have lots of people who were happy with the items they've received, this was one of my older items so I took a gamble selling something that old and used, but i tried to price it accordingly. Shirt is probably off in price, they are both a mistake for being sold, but he already got a chance at his refund and he hasn't accepted it by returning the items.

also, the different names isn't for deception as he is trying to portray, its just because I chose my email name for this site. On SZ, the name is more for the persona.

Also, if you are the type that gets swayed by posts like newps, I ask that if you are interested in a future item of mine, just ask that current photos be taken of it so we can both be on the same page about the condition prior to buying. In fact everything current im selling is near mint, except the white double layers

[sarcasm]Yeah, of course I'd like to keep that all-over-torn jacket for myself, I am really keen on sporting clothes wasted not by designer himself but the previous owner who has hidden the condition of the item from me. Of course I am mad that I have to send it back, so mad that I have tried to stain your reputation on forums just because I've learned that I have to return it (despite I learned that yesterday when I've received paypal email about that and my forum post is made about 1 week ago). Of course I "wanted all his money back for an item he bought willingly knowing the damage it had." especially because you haven't told me anything about the damage and I am a telepath. Also yeah, I've requested aaaaall money right here: http://i.imgur.com/sM92MiE.png[/sarcasm].

1. Once again, than person Zealouz is a liar and fraud. Just a reminder from my previous post: "On top of that he's a liar. During our conversation when I've told him about these stains he answered "I washed both items before sending them" after that when the conversation progressed further he told that "I didn't wash the jacket before sending" and so on.

2. He continue to lie here, by telling "item he bought willingly knowing the damage it had." You've seen all these tears for yourselves and you've seen the photo he provided. Of course he hasn't told anything about this in pms as well.

3. He lies here as well telling some bullshit about "I've tried to get all money back without sending the items back". Let's see how he tries to prove it. I've offered 2 solutions, $200 back w/o sending items back and full refund+shipping fees with sending back all items. So I'd really like to see where I've tried to get all money without returning these torn clothes.

Also, thanks for the reminder I've made another payment to you to cover the difference in shipping of these clothes so I can dispute that as well.

Yeah, I won the dispute (or so it seems) so I have to send these items back (looks like I have to do it at my own expense). I've paid $55+paypal fees for shipping from him to me, god only knows how much have I pay to send it back from me to him just because I was frauded by him. Yes, that charge for shipping which I've learned yesterday makes me rather mad. Also I am on a business trip so I really have to stress myself/my relatives to send it back by June 30th. If you don't want to be in my shoes, don't you ever buy anything from him.

And just another reminder: since I return that t-shirt and that jacket to him, THESE ITEMS ARE PROBABLY GOING TO BE ON MARKET AGAIN. Be warned.

btw here are all the "insults" and everything else he is talking about, I welcome him to post some sort of PM evidence that I insulted him.

I welcome him to post whatever he'd like as far as our exchange is concerned, ill refund the items once they are sent back. Also, I just realized that my t shirt had one hole, the one on the chest, the back ones I wouldn't be surprised he did them because he never sent me that photo in PMs, but they did magically appear in the paypal dispute, how convenient after a month from our discussion over PM.

look, as I said, apologies, send the items back, and I'll refund the total, and I definitely won't repost these items.

Really crazy statement made by Lane. Indeed, I haven't photographed the shirt's back with 3 holes while arguing with him. This is easy: as a seller he's well aware of the damage to the shirt (since he washed it if this is the truth), there is no need to show him all damage. To you, sufu members and to the paypal staff I've shown the full damage indeed. To claim me of creating these holes by myself is considerably not clever. Why don't you go further and accuse me of creating everything by myself? Tears, holes, stains, of course everyone would believe a liar like you!

Just to be clear: no, I haven't created any tears and holes on these clothes. In fact I've never worn them, because who would do that?

This was sometime ago ,but i think she continues her hobby. Got a hoodie from me ,she placed me a positive feedback and after five months she made a chargeback in paypal .The claim was that she didn't get the item and also that the item was damaged(?) and this seemed to be ok for the paypal assistants...I lost the case even if i uploaded the receipt of the tracking number. Paypal's assistant informed me that the item wasn't trackable through Germany ,so beware people when sending items to countries with poor online tracking.Never got a reply in my emails and of course never got the hoodie back. Not to mention that i got a signed proof of delivery from the officer of the postal service and emailed it to paypal.Chargebacks are most of the time for the favor of the buyer.

I'm dealing with a user who has stopped contact with me after payment and I'm trying to figure out the best way to present all of the evidence properly to paypal so I can get my money back. I haven't had to dispute anything before so I'm just wondering if you guys know the best way to present the case so I don't leave anything out.

Thanks.

There's no such thing as presenting a "case" with PayPal. It's not a court proceeding.

Did you send the payment as "gift"? If so, you're screwed!

Just file a claim with PayPal. If they deny your claim, then file a claim with your credit card company (I hope that was your method of payment through your PayPal). You're also SOL if you attached your checking account to fund your PayPal transaction.

***BTW, this is the wrong section/forum that you started your thread on!

User - Shadee S also known as Shadee Shabazz on other forums

Email: [email protected]

PayPal email: [email protected]

He had a listing with a lot of pieces. I bought the Givenchy Rottweiler T for which he first sent me detailed tagged pics. He was quick to reply during this time. After providing tagged pics, I made the payment through Paypal and he provided a tracking couple of days later (said he was busy for not doing it next day). After providing the tracking (Saturday), he is no longer a active user and the thread is gone.

The tracking has been at the "electronic info received" status ever since. I contacted him via email (ignored 1st email, responded to the 2nd) and he said he shipped it out and will get in touch with usps. He also mentioned he wasnt a active user because he was banned for 72 hours for bumping his posts a lot but he is still inactive and its been over 72 hours (over a week).

I have emailed him again multiple times since early last week but no response. Unfortunately I had to open a dispute yesterday after emailing him 4 times over the course of the week with no response. A little google search of his user name and there is someone else on another forum he tried to scam. Still giving him benefit of the doubt so maybe I receive the item or get a refund but this is whats going on.

Edit Update:

I contacted the number which was on the paypal invoice that I paid. The person said "oh my son will be contacting you" so I'm assuming he was pretending to be his dad lol. Paypal contacted me an reviewed the account history and closed the case in my favor due to a invalid tracking. Still no response from this dude while hes complaining about not receiving tracking for some socks he ordered on Instagram while hes scamming ppl on this forum and others. smh
