There are three (or four types) of FP polos.

-Made in Portugual

-Made in UK (regular collection)

-Made in Italy / UK (Laurel collection)

-Collabos

-Made in portugal is around 65 bucks, I believe but the cut is terrible.

-Made in UK is slim cut and looks flattering but it costs over 95 dollars.

I do not recall the laurel collection's pricing scheme but it's ~200.

-Collabo FP polos

blank canvas series (recently featured Judy Blame) are like 300

CDG - 250

Beams - 100 USD-ish

Basically you can't afford one unless you go to a thrift store and find one on sale.

Fred Perry polos used to be non-existent on ebay a year ago.

Now, there are 208 FP listings. hmmm

most CDG FP polos are made in portugal

that polo is probably fake though

the seller has a boat load of visvim hockneys for 139... too good to be true

If you come out to Carroll Gardens in BK, then Watts on Smith (248 Smith Street) has some made in UK polos on sale for around $50

just to clarify here - laurel collection/made in italy stuff is not normal polo shirt, its the rest of the "laurel" range, knitwear, special designs, and the wool poloesque shirts Its the Made in England ones (which are £55 so i guess £120ish that are the polo's you want.

In regard to colabs the CDG ones are Made in portugal- but they are a different pattern again from what i've seen, I would say in between MEE and standard, dunno about the other collab ones

weird, i was going to ask about where to find the laurel collection in nyc - looking for a particular piece.... don't think 99x has it (although they do have made in uk gear mixed in with the rest). if anyone can point the way, rep awaits!
