San Francisco - places to stay and eat?

a few of my san francisco favourite eats -

1. NOPA (serves dinner till 1am and has an amazing clear cut menu. straight californian- esque cuisine).

2. Delfina ( northern italian. i love their tripe and their panna cotta is delicious ).

3. Bi Rite Creamery - (salted caramel ice cream and honey lavender).

4. Burma Superstar (crowded yes, but tea leaf salad, soups and noodles are A + )

5. Swan's Oyster Depot ( if you love oysters, you'll love Swans)

6. Bar Crudo

7. Canteen

8. Ame at the St. Regis ( this is also my pick for a good hotel stay )

9. Koo, Ino or Murasaki for sushi ( if you go to Murasaki, he is a sushi nazi. don't over dip your nigiri and order straight from the specials on the wall ) .

10. LA PALMA - for the best mexican food ever ( but this is a deli, but go here and order some food to go anyway!)
