Hide-san hasn't been well lately, so that would explain the delay but he will get back to you. I've ordered from Hide-san, really superb service (fast communication and very friendly) Definately going to use SharpServiceJapan again... and again.

^ Not sure about the wrong sizing problems but hide had some internet connection problems in the past few days. Before that he was excellent, super fast to answer any questions. Now he has been fast again. You can see him on msn almost all day long.

what makes me most satisfied with Hide's service is that he's super fast. He places order/bid right after receiving the deposit --- rather then waiting for pmt to be transfered into bank account (you know that sucks. it kills a lot of good deals.)

How you tried to contact him recently? I saw him online just now. : )

Bah! His internet troubles cost me an auction I really wanted to win. Tried asking him to increase the maximum bid for two days, ended up losing the auction by 500 yen!! Very disappointed

^if it makes you feel any better the 500yen bid more only means that the winner had a higher bid than your maximum. he could have had a maximum bid that was alot more.
