Just completed order number five with Hide-san and Nobu-san. Took a couple of weeks all up (much longer than usual) but this was due, at least in part, to idiosyncratic complications with this particular order and a previous refund. I attribute the rest of the delay to the usual Xmas season timing.

SharpService fees are some of the best around and Hide-san and Nobu-san are extremely polite and helpful. I try to restrain my internet-age desire for instant gratification, and avoid harassing them constantly by email. They get back to you in good time and the order always comes through.
