short peacoat thread

I know that a few short peacoats examples have been posted in some other fall jacket threads but I'm looking to purchase one for fall and have only seen a few such as:

Are there any other brands that make a similarly styled coat that are less expensive (preferrably not Japan only)? Style wise meaning short peacoat like.

I have searched other superfuture threads as well as many online shops looking for one. I found a ladmusician one that was nice but not in my size (also read that the webshop wont send to US) also that giuliano fujiwara is sick as well but sold out and expensive.

I already have a regular length peacoat but im really liking the short styled ones that I have been seeing on here. I greatly appreciate any help.

after seeing poly in his grey cropped peacoat, ive been on the look out for a cropped peacoat...if anyone knows any alternatives to the dior's, please post!

can we also have this include short duffle coats. full length duffles are almost impossible for me to look right in as im not very tall. spiewak makes a solid looking one, but are their any others? appologize ahead of time if im infringing on this thread.

ive been obsessed with the above the waist cut of jackets for awhile now.... and i would reccomend the new phillip lim 3.1 "boy cut" peacoat as well.... too bad i cant afford it :\

for you other poor thrifty folks...i'd reccomend finding a cheap department store womens coat....tried on a S womens pea coat at nordstrom rack the other day, it was only 80 bucks and fit just above the waist and sleeves hit just above the wrist..

I bought the APC peacoat for fall... I'm pretty sure it's their stock peacoat they have every fall... its nice...short...pretty... i got it in paris for 350eur

I have a Hare short peacoat that I may be persuaded to part with. It is pretty much exactly what you're looking for, and the quality on this piece is excellent. Lined, etc.

Im really stoked on my Kim Jones peacoat.

Navy blue, contrasting buttons, cropped, super slim...gonna have to wait out the florida winter until i get back to kentucky to wear it, though.

next time you guys are at a bloomie's, check out theory. quality to price ratio isn't there, but the cut and fit is much better than most.
