to actually answer your question, WWM is going to last you a long time, the construction and materials are all time proven. the fit isn't going to be particularily fashionable, as they focus more on function. that being said, if you're thinking of going for the outdoors aesthetic that's popular right now it will actually be fashionable, so it's a toss up. i'd say go with it, it's an awesome jacket.
