Agreed, I'd stay off that jacket. $85 for a worn out (and, as pointed out with the longwings, not in a good way) varsity is way too much. Stay patient and keep hunting. There's a point at which vintage looks played, and it's definitely when you're wearing totally worn out varsity.

the velcros are just perfect for everything. really clean sneakers, can be worn with suits and they have velcros parts instead of laces.

the astro's are dope too, but i hate putting on/taking off mines since you have the velcro strap + laces.

go with the velcros, you wont regret.

oh yeah: they are more padded than your regular CP shoes too (really comfy shoes)
