Craziest thing I ever saw on that show is in the episode where he tries durian. I'll be damned if the guy has eaten every substance known to man but he actually spit out the durian. I've heard it's terrible, but that blew me away.

Speaking of shark, Zimmer had "shark & bake" in the Trinidad episode that he said was the best fish sandwich he's ever had. Want. To. Eat.
