New Standard is more like a regular slim fit. The tight jeans are actually the really skinny ones. On the website, the New Standards are called "Unisex"

It depends how thin you are... for me the New Standards are very SLIM! I'm 5'11 (1,80m) and 188lbs (85kg). My NS are 30 waist. Their skinnier model, Tight Jean, is very nice denim but doesn't show a selvage edge!

The Julian Red California cut No-Wash is another very nice selvage jeans, if you manage to get them! they are selvage and a little skinnier than the APC New Standard! There may be also some Helmut Lang or Dior Homme selvage, but their not always selvage, although they're skinny for sure!

i have a pair of julian red californias unwashed in 29L32 worn once. if anyone wants them let me know. they fit like 31 to me. I also have a pair of detroit 29L32 unwashed that is new. I would like to find a way to shrink them in the waist first, if not i think i might sell them

i got them shipped to me from a friend. http://www.rakuten.co.jp/standa/430764/668227/ pics of the california unwashed with measurements from a rakuten site. i have only one julian red badge so the first person to want them will have it.

that's odd, I have 29/34's (California, unwashed) and they fit like other 29s.

Geowu I think you got too small of the APCs. I'm 6'0" 145 lbs and I wear a size 29 in APC, only one size down from yours!

hi you got mail. they fit like a 31 for mine though. on the rakuten site the waist, which i think is Æ’EÆ’GÆ’XÆ’g is 82cm, which is like about 31-32inches
