Thanks, someone should buy it.

I was just fucking around about being exclusive, I just happen to know the couple that run the club. I generally tend to like smaller venues (which by default are more "exclusive" because of the numbers). However, I found places like Key Club boring, stuffy and outdated.

But that is not to say that I don't enjoy bigger clubs in LKF as well, like Hei Hei and the place right next to it.

As a cheesy skirt chasing foreigner, I must say wednesday nites at dragon-i, ftw.

Hei-Hei is renovating lol and its been way over a month already so id ont know but yeah all their events have moved to Club 9.

never been to Dragon-I how is it there? good music? any membership or whatever?

Oh, i didnt know that, last time I was there was in October. D-i is cool, no membership, it has a good indoor/outdoor space, music is decent, and on wednesdays its crawling with Aussie and Russian models/hookers. Last time I was there DJ Jazzy Jeff was spinning...lol...

I'm Chinese, and when I went last year I had the opportunity to go clubbing several times, a really fun time I must say. It was in Guangzhou and a kind-of local showed us around, there wasn't anything crazy, except a lot of clubs really sucked and were more bar-oriented.

Also being 16 and buying whiskey from 7/11 is also a good time.

yea but say i'm a foreigner and i've decided to ball out of control in, say, shanghai. Are the girls down to party or are they gonna be like, "Oh you're not even slightly asian, eww"

Every country's women responds to foreigners differently and asian countries are usually the most extreme on any which a way, so how does china stack up?

A good way to gauge it is if someone who is chinese, but was obviously not from china, went there to tell whether or not he pulled and girls?

Lets have it

buy a table at a club, fill it with bottles of chivas, and buy them a LV bag and you'll be fine.

I did my circuit around Shanghai and Suzhou last couple of months and clubs were really disappointing, but I've been spoiled by NY and Montreal and Los Angeles. Some French girl directed me to some shady dude who sold me a ludicrious amount of hash for virtually no money in Shanghai, and my taxi driver in Suzhou directed me to a club about a block away from my apartment that sold K and E through the bathroom attendants. However the most fun I had was just randomly getting drunk with people I didn't know for free since a lot are pretty impressed at the fact that I can be as Chinese or American at the flip of a switch. Oh yeah, and Chinese people can't dance, totally true.

I'm Chinese but pretty whitewashed and I didn't have trouble pulling chicks. I'm more of a Suzhou native than 50% of the city itself though, even if I haven't been to Suzhou in 10 years. The most bizarre club I went to was actually a karaoke bar that had a row of escort girls for us to pick from when we went in, but the girl I picked decided to chug half a bottle of Jack with me. She of course didn't know that I've spent the last two years holed up in a wooden shack in Vermont drinking handles a weekend to keep warm and she passed out on me before anything happened, so I found her a blanket and let her in the little VIP room and left without paying.

Chivas and green tea was the most bewildering thing for me. I like alcohol and I like tea but the two together is like having urine in my cereal to start the day.
