The whole reason to smack the fish is to kill it in as humane a manner as possible via a quick and efficient blow. In this case, the fish is descaled and then deep fried while the fish is still alive. These fucks can't sacrifice the aesthetic to eat a dead fish? You don't think the fish can feel that shit?
