Yeah, I second the last post. Most custom jewelers will be able to help you out. Just find someone you trust and know does quality work.

Maxfields used to do custom jewelry (2 - 3 finger rings, a few years back). You should check if they still do. Their jewelry was high quality, very well made... but a tad expensive. Worth looking into, though.
