yes, most of the cp lo models fit pretty similar (achilles are the most narrow from memory) - just in hi's you might need a different size.

Thinking about upgrading to CPs. But I need sizing help. I take US7 in lacoste, US7.5 in nike/adidas. I suppose my feet aren't "narrow" either. What's my CP size? CP40?

sz39 fits real snug, almost tight. You could go with a 40 unless you have really slim feet like me

they're all the same last (sneakers at least). hi and mid models fit the same as lows.
