Thanks Aho!  It was great talking to him.  I have to say that I never paid much attention to Fullcount before but I emerged from this with a new respect for the company.  And the 1108XX looks like it'd be a perfect fit for me, so I may have a pair in my future.

0105SFS I bought for a good price from eBay last year. They are an export version of the 13.7oz 0105 model that Full Count released for Europe about 10-12 years ago I believe. In addition to the cinchback, other departures from the standard model are the inverted arcs, lack of a red tab, Scovill rivets, red selvage and some tacky kanji on the upper left thigh, which I scraped off with the tip of a blade from a Swiss army knife whilst still raw, you can see still the outline. They've subsequently had 2 washes at 40C to get all the shrinkage out and with some wear and further washes, I think it'll disappear. The denim has so much character and is similar to my Vintage label Momotaros - perhaps it's the Zimbabwean cotton(!) I'm certainly looking forward to wearing these. Flash had a pair a few years back but sold them.

I saw that on Okayama Denim's Instagram the other day as well, if they did that fabric in a cut besides the 1109 I'd be interested. Looks kinda like the Red Cloud hemp denim.

It's not just the hemp denim that is like that. The 400 cut always has the marbled weft.

I'm pretty sure it's actually a "covert" twill, or whatever they call it.  It's not broken, but the weft is both white and indigo, giving the irregular looking pattern.

In the Instagram post from Okayama Denim it stated that it is broken twill, but that very well could be the case too.

Guess we'll know more soon enough.

A recently added FullCount jacket

Trying to find out the FullCount model number for this jacket and some details regarding the denim used...

The denim has few defects/holes that have been mended pretty good - makes me think that this is a sample. Can't seem MTO remember seeing a Lee type jacket advertised or released by FC in the recent past.

its described by Miki san as a "covert weft" , i think its just a regular rht denim with a percentage of the weft indigo dyed
