Quote: Hey Red Face -

Mind dropping a link to where you got that news from? Were there any other photos or a release date?

Red Face. Ha.

I actually found it on the 12oz website after doing a search for aka:nyc. Here: http://www.12ozprophet.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=62464&st=40#

Those images you posted are fucking ridiculous. They've seriously gotten me amped to paint again. I have to take a cold shower now.

Whats up wit this -

Quote: Can't remember if I read it on Super Future or 5th Dimension or whatever, but there was some people talking about Louis Vuitton doing a new version of the graffiti bag they did a while back and supposedly someone from 12oz Prophet was helping with the design or something.

Nothing turned up on a search of Superfuture. A new Louis Vuitton bag collabo with 12 Oz would be fuckin nuts.

Thanks for the link Rad Face.

the next time i have to talk to you, you wont be alive enough to hear it

Just came across this:

http://www.jerseyjoeart.com/Pages/exchange/SESSIONONE.html

Quote: The Exchange was started in 2005, with six participants from different areas of the United States.

The six participants have each paired off into three groups of two, trading names and personal styles through sketches. This step is repeated until everyone in the group has traded outlines at least once.

Revok sketch by Rime:

Fucking ill!

More of a browser than a poster, but I'm just wondering if anyone has any more info on this "aka nyc" thing. Although I've never done graffiti (possibly because of the possiblity of getting caught) I have always loved it. I remember taking the bus to school in the morning and just being amazed with all the new graffiti along my bus route. I was amazed that all of it was done in one night.

I don't remember seeing any information on a release date, anyone know?

So. So many I would have to people like smat,o'clock, andre, trane, gap, all from Paris where huge eye openers with bombing. For the UK (where I’m from) heads like nylon, oker, petro, yogurt, puno just for there styles.

All off the crews i have been with have played a major part on my graffiti influences over the years.

There are really like millions so many I cant even think.

Yeah, I figured the site would be up already. The heads on http://www.12ozprophet.com said their site is almost done though. I also found a list of some of the people in it, as well as a release date. This book is going to be blazing.

So does this mean that only 10000 are being produced? Total?! Damn, I guess I won't be picking this up at my local Barnes and Noble. If anyone figures out where these are available, please don't hesitate to post the information in here. Thanks.

And I wonder how much those 100 hardcover copies will go for on eBay.
