Ok yeah, yeah acid house whatever...madchester is better name anyways. Its gotta be a loose fit, fat neck mother fuckers....Bez on the dance floor.

see, ande whall knows what's what.

there were plenty of acid house remixes of happy mondays choonz,

but acid house is definitely only to be used when referring to purely

electronic acts that utilized the 303 bass synth...

regardless, electro-clash was the bastard american cousin of nu-rave, and how glorious and unfortunately short lived it was.

the rapture's Echoes still kicks ass though.

... electro clash happened before nu-rave,

electro clash didn't start in america,

the rapture aren't an electro clash band

i hate people who read Spin and think they're wise.

i know electro clash started in the UK

i know the rapture aren't considered an "electro-clash band" (mirror EP would say otherwise)

i know Spin is a bunch of bullshit, so i don't read it

and i know that i was just making a generalization

I did, and it reminded me a lot of another band I like, "This Feels Like I'm Getting Kicked in the Balls Over and Over Say Yeah."
