Upgrade login to use SSL?

Submitting the username and password in cleartext is not acceptable by any modern web standard. What if someone sniffs my password and posts fake WAYWT pictures of me in Seven jeans? My e-rep would be ruined.

Please upgrade to some form of real encryption. The MD5 hash or whatever it does now is not sufficient.

hi lindt, yes ssl is definitely something we are looking into. While for now posting keys via cleartext (md5, salt) is the method, https requests are in the pipeline.
