FS: N.D.C suede lace ups, size 41

apparently I'm doomed to zero luck with footwear

I found these suede ndc's from japan, they're my favorite model from them and right now I'm pissed because according to the measurements they should've fit, but they're half a size or 1 size too small.

size is 41 which equals to US8, but these run a bit bigger. for reference I wear a 43-44, and 42 would be the right size for these. the sole measures 31cm. color is a greyish brown/beige.
