err... so it's egg sauce on top of eggs? i love me some benedict but for some reason that combo skeeves me out.

everything is made of eggs, pretty much. just deal and enjoy. had the best i've ever had in the brewster coffee shop on cape cod. they had a version that i also tried that sub'd lobster cakes for the english muffins.

any decent brunch spot worth their weight in tahitian vanilla infused challah french toast should be able to whip up a good benedict. i'm just not sure those spots are more of a NY-thang.
