should be. i havne't measured ,but they should be. i'm 5'10", but it's not my height that keeps me from wearing them. it's my weight--i weigh around 180 and i didn't know the 6x6 were one wash. my brother's 6'1" and he weights 140-50 or something near there and he fit int hem. i have another friend who's 5'8"ish and around 140 and fit in them as well. i have an interested buyer right now who's willing to buy them, but he has to take care of something atm.

in other words, the 32w is true to fit
