Seriously though... yeah the stars are great for running in the morning. I also like Arcade Fire's new one for runs in the morning/evening.

I have abut 300 songs on my workout/running list so I dont get bored of em...mostly high energy hip hop shit. But, here are some of my favorites.

Saul Willams - List of Demands (Always liked this joint but when I saw this on a Nike commercial it was a wrap)

Outkast - B. O. B (Hip Hop with a Speed appatizer, Crack entree and then Adreniline shot to the heart for desert)

Young Buck - Get Buck (Bucks hardest shit before he became "confused")

M.O.P - Ante Up (Got so amped on this shit once I punched my girl in the face by accident while she was asleep)

Lil Jon & The Eastside Boys - Get Crunk (Not to be confused with get buck)

Ludacris feat. Floyd Mayweather - Undisputed (Mayweather = Burges Meredith on Rocky)

The Roots - Get Busy (No one calls them a "jazz band" anymore)

Anything punk, metal, thrash, post hardcore. I can't really listen to rap or anything else. Doesn't get my blood pumping enough really.

Yesterday it was Cro-mags, Reign Supreme, A Day To Remember, Parkway Drive, Black Flag, Temple of the Dog and Dinosaur Jr. for my 10 mile bike ride.

"Never Give Up On Love" - Concord Dawn Ft. Tiki

Perfect for running to, once the beat drops.

Though I guess that's any DnB...
