2nd question, is 130 a good price for the Hoboken No Wash?

Don't want to blow up my spot but just wondering why no one is hopping on the sub-$100 Hobokens off the JR webstore?

130 is a good price for brand new hobos, they go around 110-150 used around supermarket.

if u want the no wash version, bespoke boutique has a sale on them, a bit cheaper than 130 i think, they are based in uk tho so take into consideration the shipping fees and possible customs.

need some help on the sizing of the white calis, I wear a size 28 in NS, what size should I get?

^if you sized down 2 on the NS as sufu rules dictate, then just get a 30 in cali's if you want a slim fit. I dont really think there's a need to size up on Cali's. Get the Detroit if you want a more relaxed fit.

will the whites stretch? if yes whats the measurement on ths size 30s?

I dont own a pair of JR's in size 30, nor do i own any white JR's.

I went true to size on the cali's, and yes they were tight at first, but after a week or 2 they stretched to a very comfortably snug fit.

Unless you have really ginormous thighs or sth, I wouldn't recommend u size up on Cali's, and if you want a really slim fitting pair of jeans, just go w/ the hoboken, as opposed to sizing down on Cali's. Ultimately i think the fit on JR denim is ace and they usually stretch to fit very comfortably.

To prove my point, here's an (admittably poor) picture of my JR Cali Silvers @ about 1 mth.

As you can see, I am skinny azn dude, and i went true to size. The fit is still slim but not skinny by far.

i think im gonna jump the gun and get a pair of cali silvers online. My sz 31 NS that ive been wearing for 6 months have stretched to a sz 34. do guys think i will be fine getting a sz 32 in the calis?

stay tru to size in jr's, i haven't found them to stretch a whole lot so don't size down, if their hobos, u might consider even sizing up one if ur not skinny

As I've stated before, my JR Cali No wash have stretched a full 3 inches in waist... and the thighs are MUCH looser than they were when i got them, just wear a belt and you should be ok, BUT they will stretch...

Hoboken Asphalt, Vain and California Totally 3D are all coated

also, some pieces of the new collection have been added

I have the asphalts and totally 3d. the asphalts and vains are both coated but it is subtle. asphalts are similar to nudie's grey coated jeans.

no they aren't you clown they are flat grey. And they stretch a hell of a lot size down one or two if you're real thin.

I had some hobokens (darkdancers). I went true to size (33). They were hell tight in the thighs (i have big thighs from soccer) and I needed to sell them. I would recommend non skinny dudes to same size or consider sizing up 1.

I just got a pair of Hoboken No Wash expecting them to be tight. The leg opening is 7.25 and these aren't tight at all.

just ordered hoboken no wash and sized up one, i wear apc ns in size 29 and got hoboken in 32. hopefully the fit is ok.

The newer hobokens no wash (organic with selvage) are way bigger than the older series ones plus they seem to expand more as well.

UMAD: colin knows man, maybe the asphalts/3D aren't coated as Nudie TFBC or Pour homme coated but there's sheen on those JRs so i feel it's kinda "coated". the a/w one are coated man
