Hi Relativity, would you post the recipe for this? I cannot get any remotely decent sesame noodles where I live.

two sauce:

1) sesame paste and cold water - stir until you get the texture

2) heat some oil to high - any kind (traditionally peanut oil is used)

put chinese peppercorn in to flavour the oil. - about 1 minute

pour the hot oil in soy sauce

get rid of the peppercorn by using fork

boil noodles. As soon as the soba is cooked, take them out of the boiling water and immediately throw them in a collander and rinse them with cold water

serve with the two sauce and finely sliced coriander, cucumber and carrot
