a few days ago i went to a friends house, made felafel pizza.

The same night, among many beers i had that night, this particular canned glory stood out. super oily black, only lightly carbonated, kinda sweet and smokey and definitely alcoholic.

i had a shake shack burger the other day....it kind of blew my mind. much better than in n out

as an LA native, it hurts my heart to say it... but shake shack is better than in n out... not by much tho.

Maybe it was the fact that i kno i can't have it again for a while... but that was one of the best burgers ive ever had

@ vamp - did you get the bacon ailoi from grilled cheese truck?

takes a lot of effort to do typical bad boy shit in the kitchen. You guys would probably give up before the dough gets to it's second proofing. (0)

well ... i dont actually have a kitchen right now but IF I DID i would more than likely have the dedication. (0)

but i see what you mean. most people have real jobs and cant fuck around making buns for 4 hrs

delayed rise in fridge.

better flavor that way anyways.

I want to get another sourdough starter going if I ever live in the same place for more than 3 months.
