cant come at spam like that. fry up some chunks in a pan with some of your preferred seasonings and get back to me.

Oh believe me, I grew up in HK - i've had spam in pretty much every incarnation. Used to love slices of it fried up with instant noodles for lunch. At my school cafeteria they used to serve nor my gai (sticky rice in lotus leaves) with chunks of spam in it - ultra cheap and ultra tasty.

I dunno I just haven't eaten it in so long.

^ if you got a rice maker you don't gotta do much, just wait for it and when the white steam about to come out, you place the dish inside..makes it while the rice is finish cooking lah

duck eggs sound more expensive then chicken eggs.

edit*didn't know that. :P but in my defense i did say sounds

Interesting... dunno if that'll work for me – my rice maker talks to me an' shit. I'll check the manual...

With another typhoon coming to the Philippines, I figured it'd be a nice time to take a break. What the hell, it'll flood in again anyways.

A couple weeks ago, I had the chance to mess around with some local Wagyu patties, here's the end result.

Caramelized onions, bacon bits.

Fresh tomatoes, garden lettuce, there's bleu cheese somewhere too.

Money shot. Always love sandwich cross sections.
