What type of plain V-neck tees do you guys prefer? I know alot of people wear Hanes, but they have regular and premium, is there much of a difference? I like the long fit, do you stretch them to get them like that? Thanks for the help.

Uniqlo makes v-necks if you can get out to a store. Same stuff as their plain tees...really soft. Tried one on but I'm on the fence about it due to chest hair.

since we're on the topic of V-necks, I am looking for v-neck tees that arent so deep. Most brands I seen make deep necks and thats a no no for me.

Any recommendations?

Uniqlo's Vnecks aren't "deep", not shallow either, I'd say go with those if you can find a shop near you.

Which, in your guys opinions, lasts the longest? AA, Uniqlo, or Hanes? Or any other reasonably cheap ones...

I wash my shirts frequently, and my AA hoodie is basically a POS. The color gotten wierd, its shrunk disproportionately and has stretched out in certain places and wont shrink back. Im kinda hesitant about the AA Tshirts....

chest hair is the reason I stay away from v-necks. If it is pretty shallow I might feel like a sexy beast thoug, might work.

Also, H&M v-necks arent too low either plus they're only $5.90 but my only problem with them is that the V ribbing is pretty thick, looks weird imo.....maybe its just me?

I'll def try out those uniqlo v-necks when im in the city again.

as long as you dont have gold chains entwined in a greased mound of chest hair you should be good.

the v is too deep for me for AA. ive been hiding in the library and in my computer room so im pale like a motherfucker. AA vnecks are kind of indecent exposure to the world

my favorite v necks have to be generra, they give the perfect drape and a perfectly shallow v (but not too shallow)

prepare to spend like 60 dollars on it. the fabric though and the details are awesome. it isnt disposable like aa.

I like deep v-necks and AA makes excellent ones that fit an average-sized guy without having huge arm openings, etc. If you get them at wholesale ($9) they are a great buy.

haha I agree.The only time my chest hasn't had hair on it is when i got my tatoo and even then it felt a little weird. Might try shaving it once just to try it out this summer or something.No harm in trying.

I have a whole lot of their plain tees. I always order true to size and the fit isn't very slim but fitted enough not to look sloppy everywhere. They might serve you well if you size down but I've never tried. They're only 4.90 each so there is no harm in trying.

now i got some chest hair. i wear v-necks but just dont wear the deep ones. if its a subtle vneck you should be fine. go for it, nobody really cares bout your chest hair. just trim it if it bothers you.

american apparel vnecks are good. although, i'd opt for something a little more sheer or not as heavy as 100% cotton.
