I saw it on Urbanoutfitters.com, and thought it was pretty dope. Then a couple weeks later I saw it on Karmaloop for $20 less, plus I had a 20% code, so it all worked out.

I ordered it Monday night, and it came this morning bc Karmaloop is in my state.

its quite a strange settup..

one huge gallery space in middle, with dining area one end [where front door is], place to chill out/work on projects in middle, and living area up on a mid level at the other end (all stil open)..

under the living area is a lower level double bedroom (partitioned)

at the oposite end of the building is the kitchen and bathroom, which is seperate rooms from main space

above the kitchen and bathroom, which also stretches accross the dining area is another double bedroom

were currently planning a 2nd conversion to 4 double bedrooms.. its easily got the space for it.. the space isnt really used as well as it could be.... should be a good return on the high-end apartment rentals..
