just took delivery of the Conners Sewing Factory S409xxx-M ww2 

 

the packaging is really cool and they come with a certificate of authenticity 

 

 

i love the back pocket stitching  , quite irregular and wonky 

 

 

these shrink from tag size , im usually a 29-30 in most jeans 

 

 

better pic of the denim , i would guess it is around 13-14OZ 

 

 

iron rivets and doughnut buttons feel really solid

they look great, lovely packaging and details. the waist looks larger than hips, I think that's a nice touch and that's a great way of making high rise jeans more comfortable to most people.

I would feel bad to spend that much on a pair of jeans, but that's my problem not yours!

hard to say mate , just had a look at them after a wash and it reminds me of eternal denim a bit but ill post a few pics when there dry

They look killer. Actually a lot less wonky stitching that I thought there would be? Definitely nowhere near the level that makes it deserve criticism for just being a crappy pair of jeans!

they fit a little slimmer than i expected but i still like the fit

tried to show the difference between the two denims used by Conners so far 

 

 

the two denims are quite different , the top is the 13.5OZ used on the Miura 46 and here on my Cushman/Conners collab . the denim is really subtle and has a nice bluey grey hue whereas the M-WW2 is dark and really textured with lots of vertical slubs 

 

all in all im really happy with the M-WW2 and will definitely be on the lookout for future releases

sorry flash i'm a bit confused, which is which again? is the miura denim the one on top in the last pic, the lighter blue one?

No, it's the darker one, the lighter one is the Cushman pair.

the lighter blue denim is the same denim used on the Miura-46 and my Cushman collab jeans the darker is the M-WW2 pair , as far as i understand the M-WW2 pair was copied from a pair from Mr Miura's collection as well

Problem with high rise is when the tummy starts to grow it's difficult to button and it's hurt when sitting too long when driving.
