they canceled my old phone number even though i put it on hold, making me pay a $200 termination fee even though i just wanted to continue with them (big mistake).

the manager at my local tmobile gave me $200 credit to start a new number. this should last me till the end of the year. after one month of no bill, i get a bill saying i owe $83 for october. no way jose, cause my monthly is $30+$10 text. i refuse to pay and they have suspended my number. there is also no manager right now so nobody can do anything.

not to mention, when you go to tmobile, theres nothing the representatives can do. they call the same customer service line you and i would call. useless.
