just ordered a pair from S&S...

couldn't be bothered to try ordering from JP - RMC will most likely not ship outside of Japan or the known forwarding services.
this would mean the domestic price with taxes, shipping to a proxy, proxy fees and additional shipping costs (plus potential customs charges) would apply.

Superdenim has RMC and they ship worldwide but not sure if they carry everything RMC.

Superdenim & RMcC's London are the same - they ship worldwide and charge for it.

when ordering from S&S I can do domestic shipping - which is free of charge.

effectively, S&S are about 15% cheaper for me, deliver faster and more direct and have a great customer service (especially, when it comes to exchanges).
(I have ordered from Superdenim before and had no issues.)

Seems like I finally got the sizing right on my Lot.001XX - again, many thanks to the crew at Standard & Strange!

Here’s the bunch of Real McCoy and Joe McCoy denim that I already had around...

Real McCoy Lot.001 & Lot.003 (straight-as-can-be cuts) and Joe McCoy 901 (straight-but-slimmer cut). My pair of Joe McCoy 613 was not at hand...

Now backed by the new, soaked Lot.001XX...

Right between Lot.001 and Lot.003...

Lot.001 is straight, but with a modern, short rise top - Lot.003 is straight with a old-school high rise top - Lot.001 has a slight taper from the knee on, medium rise top and curved outseam.

Thanks for the side by side pictures, I like how dark the denim is on the Lot 001XX's. Almost looks black.
I keep telling myself I don't need any more jeans and I've been pretty good so far.

Hey Foxy2, glad you finally nailed the 001s. What’s the denim like?

Looks & feels great. Very stiff at the moment. Maybe, I’ll get some time next week to a a review and a wear trial...

That or the 37J1 version are my grail pieces, I'm very envious.

Handled both mutiple times in the RMC store can't justify the spend for the amount of actual wear I'd give it and it's not a piece I'd want to buy and just look at  on the hanger.

Post plenty of WAYWT pics in it!

X post from WAYWT. RMC Work Coat.

A pea Coat style single breasted jacket. Very heavy material, much coarser than the Melton wool used on Pea Coats with a lovely thick black leather trim on the cuffs and hand warmer pockets.

Glad I put the extra weight allowance on my luggage :D
