Lowrey collaboration

Published: October 12th, 2006

to celebrate a certain amount of worthless posting and time consuming, Lowrey is collaborating with major names to release the new barney x poly800rock edition dunk hi's along with a matching collabo shirt. the stuff comes naturally in a numbered limited collectors edition box (limited to 250,000).

the kicks are 95% mole fur / 5% chocolate organically dyed wit radish. these are up to the highest quality with hand finished stitching, handpainted minidunks, laces made out of parsley and each shoe individually farted in before completion.

the t-shirt also features the dunk pattern designed by collaborating artist poly800rock who has gained massive undergroud recognition with his dunk influenced pieces. "This shit is getting kids lined up and camping outside stores in their bape sleeping bags" explains Lowrey of the choice to work with poly.

For the t-shirt the designers wanted to include a combination of controversial elements and things. "We wanted this shirt to represent us and our life, so we had to have some guns, a latte stain and the brassknuckle, cause thats how we live, yo".

lowrey, sporting layered bape gear and the latest Skittles x Bape collabo kicks, seems confident about the project. "every motherfucker with three hoodys and a latte is gonna cop this" he predicts, when interviewed at a local starbucks. the limited edition box set will hit stores in october and is likely to sell out in minutes.

the kid is obviously yawning...

of course! it's like a multi-tiered response... cuz I'm yawning at how weak collabos are but at the same time making a bemused yet out-of-nowhere statement that contrasts so much with how the picture looks.
