Winter coats?!

Recommended Posts

with all this talk about filson mackinaws ill post some pics of mine in case anyone needs references.

hope this helps

mine is a tag size 38 chest across is like 22. i was skeptical of the tag size since thats smaller than i wear. i usually wear m/l jackets so this fits a little slim which is what i was looking for. kinda wish it was a little bigger to layer a sweatshirt under but right now it works ok.

I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions on a certain kind of coat that I'd like. I'm looking for a long, wool coat, preferably in dark grey or black. Sometime similar to this Raf coat below, but thicker. Basically, it needs to be a nice, clean design; no gratuitous zips, pockets, etc. Price range is approximately £200 - 250.

That coat looks dope. The material is almost shiny

If your price range was a smidge higher and you happen to be a tall 46, then winq has the perfect coat for you.

and some kind of unique detail.

basically, i need something smack dab between formal and casual. it has to work dressed up and dressed down.
