Officially in! Just ordered a one wash 34 x 31. First time ordering a tag size of 34 for me so I'm feeling slightly nervous but this was per Ryo's advice over email so I'm putting my trust in his judgement. He stated that "... we do think a relaxed fit will look much better on this model...", which I can get on board with for the extra comfort. Canadian living in SF so put me down for Canada / USA.

only a little while to go...

and for those last minute sizing questions; to repeat the claim of @volvo240thebest - that if the top block on these are the same as 50s tcb - here are the w.36 50s I have from years back (washed, stretched out, washed again rinsed / repeated) come to about 46.5cm waist (laid flat waist band aligned) with a c.21inch hips...

whilst my tcb 20s - at w.38 - are now at around 47cm waist (I think these came in mildly undersized; the first versions I got were bigger for sure - hand made garments and all that variation...) - but with significantly bigger hips... 

 

so for those thinking between sizes: the raw charts aren't really where they end up after time (if you are washing regularly...) is the thing that I am going with here...

Well, I said for quite some time if TCB ever does a WW2 contest I will join that one. Especially since all TCB contests were great.

When this now popped up, I initially thought I'm still in the GBG001 contest and two contests at a time are stupid. So I didn't join directly but I was often in contact with Volvo.

But then I know I stand no chance to win either contest so why not join this one and do what I said years (?) ago.

Should have joined tomorrow for more drama though
