Thanks guys, they’re at about 4 months of wear with one initial wash and another at the two month mark. They’ve been holding up really well so far, no threads breaking yet surprisingly. I’ll probably wash them next week. Only thing that drives me crazy with them are the tiny front pocket openings!

I have noticed that despite the 'sloppiness' and the all cotton stitching, CSF jeans seem to last quite well. I have had a couple issues with my 1937 jeans, but both issues have been specific to the denim fabric and not the stitching. Having worn mine since October, I have had no issues with the stitching/construction at all.

Here are my 1946 1st half jeans after a wash.
My iPhone X camera likes to make the denim look super shiny and almost silver, most accurate photo color-wise is the closeup of the coin pocket (3rd picture).
Just noticed that my wallet is beginning to form a hole in the back left pocket as well.

Thanks lads. At times I do love it, but too often I feel it riding up my back when I lean over or reach for something; I'd just like another inch of length (as so often I've said in life...).

Quick pic of the back detail, which is gorgeous too:

  • 3 weeks later...

Another wash, this time in the machine. About 6 months of wear so far.
I love these jeans, been my every day jeans since I got them in January.
Been surprised as how well they are holding up, very few broken threads.
I think I'm going to order a pair of 1947s very soon.
