Taking Care of the World Tour

hahaha. thanks. yeah that's eel. this one is really delicious and soft. the texture is different to the ones i usually have in australia. i still do not eat vegetables. there's a few exceptions such as brocolli, carrots, potato and spring onions amongst a few.

yeah. the cut i'll have to get used to. i don't mind it. i'll have to make sure i get everything right once and rock it for the next month..

@Iron Horse that is good news: more 20s styles for the world is good for sure

@louisbosco the cut looks nicely volumed: with a tucked in big shirt could work: the lvc sunset 20s chambray is the model, or one of the sweet new Rite Stuff henleys, even without braces... [but dont go larping]

also good that you eat some veg. i know some hate the food pix, but here i add the recipes instead [a worse crime?] but not trying to make this the cooking channel: if you like japanese flavours and carrots, one of these recipes may be for you, and then the other (the spinach with sesame) is also seconds to make

both work nice with rice and fish and gives a sense of what a strongly seasoned vegetable can do

[but then i like making dandelion salads and pickling kohlrabi and turnip...]

really warm day today.. 31C.. not too bad for riding around. started off in the morning doing lessons as i take my full R class motorcycle licence.

so here in australia, there's 2 stages, R-E and R. R-E allows you to ride up to 650cc and R is 650cc and above. all you have to do is a casual ride around the licensing centre while doing figure-Os and an emergency stop somewhere along. simple as. if you have a car license it's even easier.. no need for the stuff new learners do like supervised hours and stuff. straight off a theory test for motocycle and boom do your test when you're comfortable.

CB900F Hornet, relatively easy bike to learn on..

my monday's are pretty routine. Same coffee place, then lunch followed by a walk around the city. the only day where i go into the city. To most of us in perth, the city is the main CBD area, anything 10kms radius out, we call it by their suburbs..

I'm thoroughly impressed with Hondikee's first print. They've covered the right amount of information and relevancy. It's definitely a good read apart from their reviews and such on their website. i highly admire good magazines and i'm glad they've taken this step when they felt it was right..

after the whole day being soaked in sweat while riding and walking around (more walking around), i forgot to stop for a pic when i met up with a mate to pass him some stuff. so i just took a quick one when i got home.

had a late night shift last thursday. i do 1 week on and 1 off for late night thursdays. so every other week i've some time in the day to go have food at my favourite japanese place. the owner, shiro-san comes from kobe. good lad, really down to earth and nice lad to chat with. but not before a usual coffee stop in the morning with some reading material..

headed for another coffee place. was my go to back when i was still in uni. i'll still pop by here every now and then. love their menu of filter coffees available and like the really simple concept of coffee and toasties available. they've got a really nice set of staff too.

manage to see a HSV clubsport in wagon body which i don't see often here in Western Australia as most are in sedan format. Such a shame that holden has closed it's factory down under. Always had a soft the SS-V commodore or chevy SS as known in america. The final versions of HSV comes with the LS9 engines from the vette. what a beast, even though i'm more of a JDM kinda guy..

hahaha. i think those were back in the old days.. i vaguely remember it being crap too. nowadays, you'd be hard pressed to find bootleg dvds even if they were offered for free. :P

but there's a couple of good clubs i don't mind although i'm more of a bar kinda guy which most proper ones are on the other side of town. i guess it's more of a place you'd go on a friday or saturday and get pissed, get a HSP (Halal Snack Pack)/ Meatbox after you're done if you're 18-21..

i'm very thankful for the opportunity to wear this pair on the tour. i know the jeans were definitely not my size, but took the chance and went with it. it did alright with the help of a cinch back and belt. i'd love to wear this with suspenders/braces but sadly i've got none. been looking at tcb for awhile now, and i might eventually get a pair soon..

anyway i'm calling it in early. if there's someone next on the list, please let me know and i'll send this your way. :) cheers lads.

now some from earlier in the week.. starting with a clean example of a CB750

FWIW, I measured these at a 31" waist, but I'm a 33 and they were almost falling down on me. Felt more like a 34!

agreed because based off your measurements, i should be able to fit perfectly. but then i still had to wear a belt and tighten the cinch.
