I feel bad for whoever did the sound/editing for that video.  They are obviously a pro but good grief I cant imagine how tedious that was.  Cool video, nice looking bag.  erlsn with hair puts it at a 7/10

alright who makes a technical pouch i can put my nintendo switch in

im talkin fidlock, ballistic cordura, neoprene, molle, etc

DSPTCH?  Though I can't imagine a better system than a Gravity Pocket equipped Acronym jacket, especially one with a flak pocket.  Tried my friend's Switch in my J36 and it was like that jacket was made to hold and deploy a Switch.

the waist pack is way too big, already tried. also tried the cable case, i'm worried the zippers might scratch on the inside. might have to look at the mini ipad case.

this is what i'm doing right now. veilance stuff sack fits perfectly, but not much protection

EDIT: lol wtheck im not gonna carry my nintendo around in a gravity pocket ya nerds

heya B, I don't have the switch (yet) but been using this handy Maratac ipad case for a bit and it's great for flat ipad-sized stuff.  Minimal thickness, decent protection, molle'd out the wazoo, and mega cheap. wish there wasn't a logo on it though...

Hi there,
Old User, but been lurking too long to remember my user name. Tried the Emails, nothing..
Anyways,

Does anybody have any experience with the 5.11 Tactical Delivery Bag (smallest one ,Mike)?
Found this photo which resembles the amount of what i would usually carry throughout the day.
Good amount of pockets, laptop sleeve, molle all over etc. (And of course, easy access for my gun.......)
It looks fairly good for the price! (Around 90$)
Or is it completely shit?

No it's legit. 5.11 makes good stuff. You might also like Direct Action's messenger: https://us.directactiongear.com/small-messenger-bag#42

Laser cut MOLLE and stuff. pretty cool, also on the smaller size but they make a regular sized one too

Those are quite nice aswell! Price also quite low. Allthough i kind of like the more rugged/"cheap" look of the 5.11, if that makes any sense..

Has anyone watched the product videos on the 5.11 website?

I'm semi convinced they are satire. I've had a good laugh at a few of them, maybe its just me.

Haha! They are quite ridiculous!

this triggered my memory (...). These bags (there's all sorts of styles with this feature) don't have molle at all but they offer an interesting solution to a problem, display it to a dramatic score and seem well made in general:

It would be fun to 'mod' them to be able to draw other stuff.

Indeed! Some nice features in there aswell.

I wonder how many times someone has actually had the need to draw a gun super quick from their man-purse..

This is great. I've been looking for durable messengers for a while, getting tired of lugging my rucksack everywhere.

So just popped in to Firmament and got to check out the Visvim ballistic backpack in person for the first time. What a bag! It just oozes quality. The nylon material, the zippers, the leather. And here I thought Nomin was my next purchase. Now I'm not so sure anymore. Any owners here want to chime in on how it holds up over time?

I picked up the Peloton Rolltop as my carry on when I went on vacation last fall. Super versatile/functional/durable and very comfy under heavy load.

If you can swallow the price tag and the size, definitely buy the ballistic pack. Nomin is cool but, I'd prefer to have a less dainty bag for EDC.

Edit: I guess it depends on your personal style. If you're all about that slim fit, Veilance look, then maybe the Nomin is a better option for you.

Clever idea on the material source

Quote

Made from a single piece of UHMWPE Spectra/Dyneema®/Cuben fiber reinforced with Carbon Fiber and Kevlar®, this is the most technologically advanced sailcloth available today.

And a cobra buckle.

Any owners of the Lexdray Boulder pack who would care to comment on it's functionality and durability? It more or less looks like a cheaper version of the Visvim Lamina, but with more organizer pockets and in that way seems more functional. Seems like the construction and material used is high quality.
