hot salsa is the best. unless we talkin verde taco topping salsa. then i just prefer to add additional hot sauce.

i have been on a quest for total tastebud destruction from hot sauce for some years

can't really think of a case where the salsa component of a meal isn't best as a cool/refreshing salse with little or no garlic/chilli.

Are you making it yourself? Fastfood/supermarket guac is fucking revolting.

Just mash it up with a fork, add some crushed garlic, salt, lime juice.

medium or hot depending on which restaurant but a lot of places use salsa verde as their mild one now and thats usually also quite nice so all three have their merits really, hope that helps
