Guys, I just want to put it out there. This guy Frank.wes is a scammer!! He took $750 off me..

I have open a dispute on paypal. Please help me out on what other action I can take.

Kinda hard, what exactly happened? Unfortunately I have no experience with said user but we can't give any advice or help without the full situation.

So, I purchased a Dior Homme 04 Destroyed Jeans from this user for $750. He send me a ripped nudie jean... I open the box and filed a dispute on paypal as soon as I got home from postal office. Is anymore I can do beside paypal dispute?

can you contact local police office? paypal may also reverse the payment, if you paid using your credit card, also call your credit card company.

Ripped nudie jean wow. You can try contacting your local police office. Also do you have a consumer of fair trading or whatever its called where you live? My dad has had success with that.

Just contact PayPal and tell what happened in the dispute section. You can take screen shots from your discussion about the jeans and then you can take a picture of the Nudie jeans and so on. PayPal almost always (to my experience) is on buyers side at least in the situations where you didn't get what you paid for. 

I had problem like this once, paid 900USD for Guidi boots but the seller never sent me the boots. Got my money back no problem, yet it took like 10 days to solve out the PayPal.
