Can you do my White's in 50 years? ;)

Definitely!

That's impressive work - surprising that you could anything with them at all.

Thank you. As long as the upper is taken care, any pair of boots can be given a new life.

Viberg Boots Resoled. I converted them to a durable hand-welted construction.

Chippewa Engineer Boots Make Over Complete. I added longer straps, 40's style resole with a woodsman heel, and lasted on a flat toe last.

Yeah, they are nice, but the 2991 already has a heel when bought new ;) Thing is, I like the color (and evo potential) of the 9027 (crepe sole engineer in Hawthorne beige leather), but I like the 50s style sole/heel of the 2268 a lot better. Well, I think I'll just send them in for resoling some day. I was just curious if someone had done the same already and cared to share pics.

Yes I can relast a pair of boots on another last. I can remove the celastic too.

Here are a picture of some Dayton engineer boots I Relasted on my flat toe last and tightened the shaft.

I gotta get some of those raw cord soles on my Road Champs! As soon as I get some money they are coming your way, Brian!

Looking forward to it! I have not seen a pair of Road Champs with Dr Sole Raw Cord Halfsoles.
